A little bit about us
PPYC is a private, family owned and operated yacht club located in Monmouth County NJ. It is nestled in the protected waters of Pleasure Bay of the Shrewsbury River in Long Branch, NJ. Our beautiful clubhouse dates back to 1890 when Thomas Gedney Patten, owner/operator of the Sea Bright & Long Branch Steamship Line. On May 29, 1964, the Monmouth Power Boat Association amended its Certificate of Incorportion and became Patten Point Yacht Club. We have 3 acres to accommodate our swimming pool, shaded patio area, picnic tables with umbrellas, bocce, horseshoe court & basketball court with children's playground. We are a very social club with year round events. Whether New Years Eve, Commodore's Ball, Commissioning Day, July 4th Extravaganza, Labor Picnic, Football parties, Thanksgiving dinner or Christmas party and a smattering of pot luck, family celebrations or gathering at the bar, we have fun!

Curious what else we offer?
We have 63 slips on three floating docks that can accommodate 23-50 feet in length. Our slips are equipped with electric, water and cable. We also have 18 small boat slips and space for jet skis. Two pump out stations to empty your holding tank.
Some members winter their vessels in the water, our bubbler system is included.
